Ultimate Gymnastics Adult Fitness

Ultimate Gymnastics is happy to introduce some fitness benefits for adults! We now have strength and fitness equipment available. We also have Zumba classes with more adult fitness classes on the horizon.

Take advantage of our Ultimate Package combining unlimited access to fitness equipment and tanning for only $320 for a year or $30 per month!

Zumba

ZUMBA with Heather now available MONDAY 5:30 PM & FRIDAY 6:00 PM

*We now have morning Zumba classes: 9:30 AM - Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Try us out - first class is FREE!!! $50 for 10 classes or $6 each class. We have a sprung floor providing a flexible surface that is easier on your joints!

Body Combat

Body Combat is an empowering cardio workout. This energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, taekwondo and tai chi. Join us Monday 6:30 PM, Tuesday 6:00 PM and Thursday 8:00 pm to strike, punch and kick your way through calories and stress!

Class prices are $6 per class or buy a punch card for 10 classes for only $50.

Strength Training & Cardio

Ultimate Gymnastics offers a variety of Strength Training equipment including pin loaded and free weight machines. We also have cardio machines (including Precore elliptical, Life Fitness treadmill and Life Cycle recumbant bike) making it easy to get a workout in while your child is doing gymnastics.

$20 monthly fee to use our equipment or join for an entire year for only $200. If you only need a workout here and there, just pay $5 each day you use our workout area.

Tanning

Ultimate Gymnastics offers tanning services for any parents that want to relax in our tanning bed while their child does gymnastics. So relax and get a little darker when you bring your child to Ultimate Gymnastics.
